- Data After Cancellation: Handling of your data after cancellation is governed by our Data Processing Addendum. Synced data is deleted immediately when you delete a dataset and is not backed up, so export any dashboards or reports you wish to keep before cancelling.
Refund Policy
- 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If a user is not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of subscription, they are eligible for a full refund.
- Refund Request Process: To request a refund, users must contact our customer support team within the first 30 days of their subscription.
- Refund Processing: Once the refund request is approved, it will be processed, and the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
