Use case:
Need to be able to show the total number of tickets opened today divided by the number of tickets closed today.

Admin creates new user and has the option to set their password for them or send an invite.
Send email to invite user to tenant
User clicks “Accept Invite” and they’re redirected to the app
In the app, the user types in a new password and confirms it
Add toggle to disable a user on the Users action table

The audit log lets Admins see which dashboards have been accessed and records which widgets, dashboards, modified datasets, and datasets have been updated.

Implement integration with Autotask to enable seamless synchronization of tickets, contacts, and project data between our platform and Autotask. This integration will allow users to automate workflows, improve service delivery, and centralize client management. Key features should include:

Incremental Syncing Strategy
There is a specified total to sync
Find the count of all items that have been entered a week ago. If there are less items than the total count to sync, increase the filter range to 1 month and so on until the count of items is more than the required amount or the count hasn’t increased between 3 searches.
